There has been a great documentary on PBS Frontline this week called "Country Boys". It's about two young fellas growing up in Prestonburg, Kentucky. The last episode is tonight. It looks pretty much like what we all experienced growing up, unless of course, you grew up in Farragut or Cedar Bluff.
These two boys were a little hilarious in the first episode but last night I got to feeling real sorry for them. You can probably watch or download the episodes from the PBS site if you want. It's just a nice change from the gory crime dramas based in New York.
Oh, and by the way....Hook 'Em. Now Texas is defending College Baseball and Football Champions. And we have an awesome basketball team. Could it be a three-way??? Stay tuned.
