Lincoln County Falcon Preview

The Falcons of Fayetteville Tennessee should have an exceptional year and rise to the top of their conference. Opening on August 19th against Franklin High should not be a problem since Lincoln County looks much improved on offense and defense this year. The multi-quarterback system, and tough defensive line should provide plenty of balance. The stadium is nicknamed "The Pit" which also scares the beejeebus out of opponents.

The first big test will be on TV when the Falcons travel to Murfreesboro to play Riverdale in mid-September. Mark it on your calendar.

As always, Lincoln County Falcon football can be heard on The Falcon Radio Network. Jack Atchley along with Don “Worm” Dickey, Donnie Honey, and Shawn Honey (now that's a stellar lineup of announcers!) will cover all the action. Remember to get the latest updates by going to www.lincolncountyfalcons.com or tuning in to WYTM 105.5-FM.

Falcon Football is brought to you by the good folks at Fayetteville Public Utilities, providing incandescent lighting to rural outhouses since 1935.
